Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Draftsman - Architectural / Interior at Studio Ardete located in Mohali district. The Draughtsman is responsible for creating plans and architectural renderings of buildings and creates drawings of buildings. These drawings may be used to communicate designs and plans to clients, engineers, contractors, vendors and construction workers.

You may work alone or as part of a team that includes architects, civil engineers, construction managers, and interior designers on the project typologies are like residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional etc.





Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and preparing detailed architectural / Interior drawings, blueprints, and plans based on initial design concepts, sketches, and specifications.
- Use drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to develop and modify architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project objectives, design intent, and technical requirements, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to gather accurate data and information for creating and updating architectural plans and drawings.
- Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of
