Handle inbound & outbound sales calls from inquiries and campaigns
- Follow up with new, warm, and pending sales leads
- Schedule test drives and showroom visits
- Share vehicle details, offers, and basic pricing information
- Update lead status and customer details in CRM system
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants for lead closure
- Track daily call reports and conversion status
- Handle customer queries related to sales process
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratio
- Maintain professional communication with customers
