Job Summary:
Pathfinder seeks an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students/parents, provide program information (JEE, NEET, Board, Foundation, Olympiads), answer queries, and facilitate admissions to expand our reach and help students achieve academic dreams.

Key Responsibilities - Telecaller & Education Counsellor
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from students and parents regarding courses and admissions
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and career outcomes
- Counsel students based on their academic background, interests, and career goals
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads into enrollments
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits
- Guide students through the admission and documentation process
- Maintain and update student enquiry and admission records
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth enrollment





Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Minimum 10+2; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Previous telecalling/academic counsellor service experience (education sector a plus).

Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English (or relevant local languages).

Skills: Robust listening, basic computer proficiency (CRM), target-oriented, patient, positive attitude, adaptable.

Location:Shyambazar and Dumdum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Language:
