Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Course Advisor to counsel students/parents, understand their learning needs, and convert leads into course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and build robust customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented sales mindset
- Experience in EdTech / education sales preferred
- CRM and MS Excel knowledge is a plus

Notice Period: Immediate / 15-30 days preferred
