Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting apparel that suits their style and needs
- Provide detailed product knowledge (fabric, fit, styling, pricing)
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Assist customers with size selection, styling suggestions, and outfit coordination
- Manage stock display, replenishment, and basic inventory updates
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns professionally
- Support online order coordination (WhatsApp / Instagram / Website orders, if applicable)

Requirements & Skills
- Prior experience in retail sales or fashion retail preferred




- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer service
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products confidently
- Basic knowledge of billing software or POS systems
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in apparel, lifestyle, or luxury retail
- Knowledge of fabrics, fits, and ethnic/streetwear styles
- Social media selling or WhatsApp order handling experience
