Job Responsibilities:
- Call farmers, retailers, and dealers to provide seed information.
- Explain seed varieties, crop suitability & benefits.
- Take orders over the phone & generate sales leads.
- Follow up for payment & delivery confirmation.
- Maintain daily call & sales records.
- Coordinate with field sales & delivery teams.
Qualification:
- Minimum 10th pass.
- Experience in telecalling/sales preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed salary + performance incentives.
- Permanent job with growth prospect in agriculture.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
