Macaw Branding is looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and skills
- Proven graphic designing experience minimum 1.5 year above
- A solid portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,



premier pro, After Effects, Animate, Figma etc..)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills and Team player
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Salary: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
- Motion graphics: 1 year (preferred)
- Total: 2 years (preferred)
