Hitha Rehabilitation (A unit of Hitha Healthcare & Wellness Pvt. Ltd.) is located at LB Nagar, Hyderabad. Hitha Rehabilitation is a post operative care centre providing services to Neuro/ Ortho, paralysed, brain stroke patients. We are looking for Duty Medical Officer (DMO) at our LB Nagar centre.

Responsibilities
- Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to Nursing Incharge/ Nursing Staff.
- Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
- Performing administrative duties and risk management.
- Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
- Hiring, supervising, and mentoring healthcare professionals and collaborating with consultants.
- Identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
- Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Reporting to senior management,



as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.
- Assisting General Physician in daily rounds. Timely reporting to the General Physician on the diagnosis of patients, take treatment inputs and execute the same.
- Coordinate with Physiotherapy & other team HODs for giving better service to patients and also for smooth functioning of the organization operations

Requirements:
- MBBS, BAMS, BHMS
- Minimum 2+ years of in-patient treatment experience

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
