Key job responsibilities
The O2C WWPS Single Threaded Leader (STL) role is an individual contributor that will count with execution support from a dotted line organization, including Service Centers, Business and Tech teams.



The STL must be strategic and detail oriented, have good accounting and finance skills, robust interpersonal and influencing skills (this role will have frequent communication with senior leadership), good organizational and project management skills, and the ability to gather business and technical requirements across global teams to drive systems and change management processes. The STL will need to roll up his/her sleeves, work independently, and have a high level of ownership and accountability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 6+ years of identifying and implementing opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations experience
- Experience in finance operations, with preference to Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience; Program and project management experience; Advanced E
