Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute organic growth strategies for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter
- Manage end-to-end social media calendars aligned with brand tone and business goals
- Optimize content using trends, formats, hashtags, and platform best practices

Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write engaging copies, captions, scripts, hooks, and storytelling content
- Conceptualize and execute reels, video ads, static creatives, and digital campaigns
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI video tools, AI design/writing tools, etc.) to enhance productivity and creativity

Community & Audience Engagement
- Engage with the audience via comments, DMs, and community interactions
- Build and nurture a strong online brand presence

Campaigns & Performance Coordination




- Collaborate with performance marketing teams for paid campaigns
- Align creatives, messaging, and copies for ads
- Assist in influencer outreach campaigns from ideation to execution

Analytics & Insights
- Track organic performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth
- Use insights to refine content and strategy

Client & Team Coordination
- Handle client communication for social and campaign-related work
- Support creative pitches with solid concepts, trends, and insights
- Work closely with design, video, and performance teams

Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong copywriting, scriptwriting & storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content, ideation, writing, and video
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms & growth tactics
- Knowledge of SEO, digital trends, and content optimization
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Excellent research, coordination, and multitasking abilities
