Production Supervisor Assistant - Cosmetic Manufacturing Unit

We are looking for a Production Supervisor Assistant to support the Production Supervisor in filling and packing activities at our cosmetic manufacturing unit. The role involves shop-floor coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth production flow in the filling and packing area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Supervisor in filling and packing operations
- Ensure availability of packing materials, components, and manpower
- Monitor filling, packing, labeling, and sealing processes
- Maintain filling & packing records, checklists, and daily reports
- Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene practices on the shop floor
- Coordinate with QC and stores for line clearance and material movement
- Inform the supervisor about any issues, delays, or deviations

Eligibility / Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Science, Pharmacy,



Chemistry, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in cosmetic / personal care / pharma filling & packing is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of GMP and production discipline
- Willing to work on the shop floor
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Location:
- In person - Chennai

Salary & Advantages:
- Salary starting from ₹15,000, based on interview and experience
- Final salary will be fixed after evaluation
