Job Description of Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain day to day stock.
- All inward-outward entry.
- Minimize the risk of theft and stolen goods
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production
- Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments




- Should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Maintain day to day stock. All inward
- outward entry.
- Coordinate with our office for execution of materials & other requirement.
- General office routine work.

Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Language: English, Hindi, Marathi

Location: Vasai, Maharashtra (preferred)
