Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products/services clearly to clients
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
- Convert calls into sales or appointments
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for closures
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills (English & local language)
- Basic knowledge of sales or marketing
- Confidence to speak with customers over phone
- Ability to convince and build rapport
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications
- Any degree or diploma (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
