Responsibilities:
- Able to deliver the highest quality of roto both character and inorganic objects to meet the client expectations;
- Work with Production helping to breakdown task requirements and assign shots to artists;
- Able to correctly identify the motion blur and make sure that the rotos will work for the compositors;
- Perform the highest level of QC to make sure that the client requirements are met;
- Complete assigned tasks effectively; able to troubleshoot and QA own work to the highest quality.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Roto Artist in a VFX Production environment. Experience working on international projects is a plus;
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills;
- Innate desire to stay informed of current technologies;
- Expert knowledge of Silhouette and good knowledge of Nuke to make sure that the templates are accurate;




- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to balance priorities under the pressure of a deadline-driven production;
- A degree or diploma in computer graphics or the equivalent combination of education and experience;
- A team-oriented mentality with a ‘get it done’ attitude;
- An ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting;
- An ability to take direction and implement feedback with a positive attitude;
- Approachable, proactive, and accommodating attitude.
