Job Title: Content Writer - Luxury Real Estate

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content for luxury real estate and township projects, including residential, hospitality, and lifestyle developments
- Develop storytelling-driven content for project launches, site branding, and marketing collaterals
- Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and digital teams to support project communication
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and luxury brand language across all platforms
- Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and premium appeal
- Research real estate trends, luxury benchmarks, and competitor communication
- Coordinate with advertising and creative agencies when required

Job Expectations:




- Prior experience with media houses or advertising agencies is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology, project communication, and sales-driven content
- Excellent command of English with robust writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
- Knowledge of digital platforms, social media content, and basic SEO is an added advantage

Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, English, or a related field

Minimum Job Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Content Writer in luxury real estate, townships, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands

Reporting to: HOD

Travel: Travelling Required
