The Quality Line Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting products at various stages of the production line to ensure they meet defined quality standards, drawings, and specifications. The role involves conducting in-process inspections, identifying defects, and taking immediate action to prevent the flow of non-conforming material to the next process or customer.

The inspector ensures strict adherence to SOPs, control plans, work instructions, and safety guidelines. They are responsible for segregation, identification, and reporting of defective parts, and for maintaining accurate quality records, check sheets, and inspection reports. Coordination with production, supervisors, and the quality team is essential to resolve quality issues quickly and reduce rework and rejection.

The role also supports root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, continuous improvement activities, and compliance with quality systems such as ISO / IATF requirements. Maintaining discipline, awareness of quality standards, and promoting a quality mindset on the shop floor are key responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
