Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build solid pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.) through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Leverage multiple recruitment platforms including job boards, ATS systems, social media,



and professional networks to identify and engage talent.
- Understand the compliance and credentialing requirements for healthcare positions across various US states.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring outcomes and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare job market dynamics, and changes in federal and state regulations.
- Previous work experience as an US recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment
- Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities
- Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT/ NON-IT sector
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair fo
