Roles and Responsibilities

Key skills required
- Research and establish mood and style by studying customer needs and seasonal trends in collaboration with other designers
- Creation of high quality 3D garments and renders for internal design approvals and sampling
- Delegating 3D development of designs to 3D Garment Developers
- Keeping record and documentation of all 3D style developments
- Study seasonal mood boards and directives from brands and create collection
- Maintain library of styles and create presentations for customer meetings
- Good communication skills to speak to our global teams and buyers
- Scan and Create tile able fabric textures in photoshop
- Source base blocks and trim information from technical teams and relevant teams
- Maintain asset library in highly organized manner and share across all associates




- Extract specs from 3D garments and create spec sheets for pattern masters.
- Work with embroidery and print technicians to source mock ups and prints to use in 3D
- Source recent fabric qualities from market and mills as per seasonal requirement
