COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We need a Third party collection agent for the US shift. We are looking for a competent collection specialist to contact clients and collect the outstanding payments. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Our collection specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work

independently.

Upto 55 k + incentives

( US experience preferred)

Education : UG / Graduate

7.30 pm to 4 am

RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Monitor Accounts to identify outstanding debts.

2. Investigate the historical data for each debt or bill.

3. Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.

4. Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.

5.



Process payments and refunds.

6. Resolve billing and customer credit issues.

7. Update account status records and collection efforts.

8. Report on collection activity and accounts receivables status.

9. Motivated to achieve targets and can work under pressure.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Successful applicants will be assisting in the recovery of outstanding Payments from clients, using communication, negotiation and persuasion skills to build rapport with clients and debtors. They will also be responsible for creating payment plans and following up with debtors paying by instalments. Additionally, they will update client records, credit scores, and account status according to appropriate procedures and guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
