Role Overview

As a Student Counselor, your primary mission is to provide expert educational consulting to prospective students and their parents. You will manage the full enrollment funnel, from the first outbound call to the final admission conversion. Your goal is to be a persuasive academic advisor who convinces families to visit our office and choose our partner colleges.

Key Responsibilities & Keywords1. Student Counseling & Career Guidance
- Serve as a dedicated Student Counselor, helping applicants choose the right degree and career path.
- Act as an Academic Advisor to explain the advantages of different Colleges and Universities.
- Use active listening to understand student needs and provide personalized course counseling.

2. Lead Management & High-Volume Calling
- Conduct daily tele-counseling and outbound calling to follow up on fresh student inquiries.
- Manage your sales pipeline by tracking every stage of the student journey.
- Perform "Speed-to-Lead" outreach to ensure no prospective student is left waiting.

Parent Engagement & Persuasion
- Conduct parent-student counseling sessions to build trust and handle objections regarding fees or location.
- Use consultative selling techniques to highlight the Return on Investment (ROI) of our partner institutions.
- Convince and Convert: Persuade families to attend in-office consultations and campus tours.

4. CRM & Database Management
- Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Update lead status daily to help management track recruitment targets.

5. Admission Conversion & Enrollment
- Drive office footfall by scheduling face-to-face meetings with students.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills:
- Relationship Building: Ability to connect with both Gen-Z students and their parents.
- Persuasive Communication: Strong verbal skills in English and local languages.
