Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Teaching: Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum, using creative and interactive methods to engage students. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assign and grade homework, projects, and tests. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and enforce school policies to ensure a safe and productive learning workplace. Promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and update teaching materials,



ensuring compliance with curriculum guidelines.
- Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, reports, and parents’ evenings to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events, outings, sports, and clubs to support holistic student development.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to stay updated on educational trends and teaching methods.
- Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure student safety and well-being, liaising with relevant authorities when necessary.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
