Job Description:
- Handle incoming calls using Footprints systems and address all queries or concerns of parents in a professional manner.
- Effectively communicate Footprints’ value propositions, programs, and services to prospective parents.
- Make outbound calls to leads assigned by the system and pre-qualify them by gathering information about their location, profile, and interests.
- Present detailed information about Footprints programs and document all lead-related data accurately in the system.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to gauge prospect interest and encourage centre visits for admissions.
- Follow up with prospects post-centre visits to assist them with the admission process.
- Respond promptly to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups as per business requirements and defined workflows to meet the required targets.





Minimum Education:GraduateSkills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Dialer tools and call-handling processes.

Experience:1 year and above in sales/customer service

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
