Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Delivery:
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Ensures that Client procedures are followed (e.g., D&T;, Finance, procurement procedure)

Agile and Scrum Practices:
Function as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Embed agile methodologies within the project management process, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to ERP implementation.

Drive continuous improvement and foster an agile mindset across project teams.

Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project objectives.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the project delivery.

Technical Expertise:




Utilize experience in digital and technology domains to steer the project's technical direction and decision-making.

Offer solutions to enhance project performance in line with technological advancements and digital trends.

Collaborate closely with Tech teams to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.

Risk Management:
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.

Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred

Minimum of 5-10 years of agile project management experience, with a preference for experience in the CPG industry.
