Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic welding operations as per drawings and instructions
- Assist senior welders in fabrication and assembly work
- Operate welding machines (Arc, MIG, TIG, Gas - as applicable)
- Prepare materials for welding (cutting, grinding, cleaning)
- Inspect welds for quality and report defects
- Follow safety rules and use PPE properly
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools
- Learn company welding standards and procedures
Qualifications:
ITI-Welding
Additional Information:
Skills Requirements:
- ITI Certificate in Welding
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools
- Ability to read simple drawings (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Positive discipline and teamwork skills
