Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our real estate

and reports, and ensuring accurate measurements for property development,

acquisition, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit location and Identify potential land parcels as per company requirements

Conduct market research on land prices, master plan zoning, and development

potential
- Liaise with landowners, brokers, and local agents
- Perform site visits and preliminary feasibility checks
- Collect and verify land-related documents (title, approvals, encumbrances)
- Coordinate with legal, planning, and engineering teams for due diligence
- Maintain a database of available land options
- Assist in negotiations and land acquisition processes
- Track local development plans and government notifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream




- Proven experience as a Land procurement in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of local land laws and Location.
- Ability to read and interpret maps, layouts, and legal documents.
- Good communication, soft spoken and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in township, plotting, or large-scale real estate projects.
- Knowledge of land records (Revenue records).
- Computer knowledge

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
