About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional with 1-3 years of experience to support and manage day-to-day IT operations. The role involves maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues independently.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Monitor, maintain, and upgrade IT systems and infrastructure as required.
- Assist in software installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.
- Manage user access, systems security, and data backups.
- Document IT processes,



SOPs, technical procedures, and system updates.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
- Participate in team meetings, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant IT support or systems experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues efficiently.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Work Schedule
- Shift: Day shift
- Working Days: 6 days a weak
- Work Location: In-person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
