Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to assist patients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide information about clinic services
- Maintain patient records and follow-ups
- Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum graduate.
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
