Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care and manage occupational health services at the workplace.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and medical examinations for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential health hazards.
- Implement and maintain industrial health standards and compliance with legal requirements.
- Offer guidance on workplace safety, hygiene, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with management to promote employee well-being and productivity.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide first-aid training when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- AFIH certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-AFIH experience in occupational health or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of industrial health standards, legal compliance, and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
