Key Responsibilities:
Recruit qualified individuals to meet the company's staffing needs.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to new recruits to ensure their success and address any concerns.
Conduct induction and initial training programs according to Bajaj Life Insurance standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during recruitment and business operations.
Participate actively in regular review meetings and performance assessments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Qualifications:




Minimum of a 12th pass or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong professional network.
Basic understanding of insurance products and the sales cycle.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to build rapport and effectively manage relationships.
