Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the centre, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support staff, including training new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Program Coordination: Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and activities to meet the needs of our clients and community.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgetary processes, track expenses, and assist in financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, stakeholders, and community partners to promote the centre’s services and enhance outreach efforts.

Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably in a community service or educational setting.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
