Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans
- Schedule site visits and follow up regularly with prospects
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 -2 Years of experience as Real Estate Telecaller
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Customer handling and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects preferred
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
