We are seeking a skilled and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile project teams, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and ensure delivery of high-quality products. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader, promoting Agile best practices and removing impediments to enable smooth sprint execution and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized product backlog.
- Remove obstacles and resolve team impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
- Shield the team from outside interruptions and distractions.




- Track progress and ensure visibility using Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, etc.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, team ownership, and high performance.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and project timelines.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Promote open communication and collaboration across the team and stakeholders.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
