Role Purpose

Enable the Head of HR India to operate at peak effectiveness by running a tight, reliable executive support engine.



The role provides meaningful leverage through strong calendar and travel management, disciplined follow through on priorities, and high-quality coordination of leadership interactions that shape culture and execution across India.

The Executive Assistant acts as a central connector across HR, business leaders, site teams, and partners. Success shows up as disciplined execution, reliable follow through on decisions, seamless leadership and client visits, and consistently high quality employee experiences across offices.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
- Manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones, prioritizing high value interactions and anticipating conflicts.
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, pre reads, and follow ups for key meetings.
- Act as a gatekeeper with sound judgment on priority, urgency, and escalation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
