We are looking for a Building Accounts & Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day accounting, rent follow-ups, and coordination of building operations for commercial properties.
The role requires solid follow-up skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with tenants, security guards, and service vendors.

This is a coordination and monitoring role, not a physical maintenance job.

Key Responsibilities: A. Accounting & Financial Coordination
- Maintain rent, CAM, and other receivable records building-wise
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with tenants
- Record routine building expenses (cleaning, electricity, diesel, repairs)
- Prepare monthly collection and outstanding reports
- Coordinate with senior accountant/owner for month-end review

B. Operations & Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with security guards and cleaning staff
- Ensure daily cleaning and basic maintenance activities are completed
- Monitor diesel usage for generator and inform when refill is required
- Coordinate with vendors for minor repairs and services




- Report any maintenance or operational issues to management

C. Communication & Follow-up
- Regular follow-up with tenants for rent and dues
- Maintain basic communication with vendors and service providers
- Share daily/weekly status updates with management
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge (rent, expenses, Excel tracking)
- Good follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable coordinating with guards, cleaners, and tenants
- Basic Excel and WhatsApp reporting skills
- Experience in real estate, facility management, or office administration
- Stable work history
- Practical, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset
