Store In charge - Project Site
- Role Summary_

The Store In charge will be responsible for managing all project-related materials at the client location, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely issue of materials to the project team, and adherence to company as well as client site policies.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Receive, verify, and record project materials delivered to the client site as per approved purchase orders and delivery challans
- Maintain accurate stock records for inward, outward, and balance materials at the project site
- Issue materials to engineers and technicians based on approved material requisitionsCoordinate closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure uninterrupted material availability
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety of materials in compliance with client site guidelines
- Track material consumption and report variances, damages, or shortages to the Project Manager and Head Of ice team
- Conduct physical stock veri ication once every two months and maintain proper tracking and reconciliation records




- Share weekly stock inward and outward reports with the Procurement and Logistics departments
- Support documentation for GRN, material issue slips, and stock reconciliation
- Assist during audits, inspections, or client reviews related to material management
- Ensure return, transfer, or disposal of excess materials as per project closure requirements
- Follow all client site rules, safety norms, and access protocols
- Requirements_
- Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- 2+ Years of experience as a Store Incharge / Store Keeper
- Experience in corporate / IT / commercial project environments is an added advantage
- Solid knowledge of site-level store and inventory management
- Pro iciency in MS Excel; ERP or inventory tools knowledge preferred
- Attention to detail with strong documentation skills
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at a client location
