Job Title: Fundraising Executive

We are looking for energetic and confident Fundraising Executives to represent ORITRA Foundation at our NGO stalls set up inside Agora Mall. The role involves interacting with the general public and encouraging them to support our social initiatives through donations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Approach visitors passing near the NGO stall in Agora Mall
- Politely engage the public and explain ORITRA Foundation’s mission and social work
- Create awareness about ongoing NGO campaigns and causes
- Motivate and convince people to donate for social welfare initiatives
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude at all times
- Ensure ethical and transparent communication with donors

Skills & Requirements:




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to approach and talk to the public
- Basic understanding of social causes (training will be provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer interaction is a plus (not mandatory)

Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Freshers are welcome
