Job Summary

The Sales & Dispatch Officer is responsible for planning and coordinating sales and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of products in accordance with customer schedules. The role involves close coordination with customers, production, quality, transport, and accounts teams to maintain seamless operations and excellent service levels.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and follow the sales plan in alignment with customer scheduling demands.

2. Coordinate daily with customers to trigger dispatch and follow up on delivery schedules.

3. Monitor and track delivery status; maintain and share delivery adherence reports.

4. Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of materials as per standard operating procedures.

5. Verify dispatch quantities to avoid incorrect or short supply.

6. Efficiently utilize manpower resources to optimize dispatch operations.

7. Provide billing instructions to the accounts department and ensure compliance with SOPs.

8. Ensure monthly reconciliation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for receivables.

9. Collaborate with production, quality,



and transport departments for smooth and timely dispatches.

10. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, and other relevant updates.

11. Proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch and deliveries.

Core Functional Knowledge / Skills Required:
1. Graduate or Diploma in relevant field; technical qualification is a plus.

2. Experience in sales or dispatch operations (0-2 years preferred).

3. Basic knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.

4. Proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English communication.

5. Robust organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process adherence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
