- Purpose
- To drive life insurance business through HDFC Bank branches by building robust relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving business targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Build & manage relationships with partner banks
- Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets
- Train & support bank staff on life insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI/regulatory norms.
- Monitor partner performance & resolve issues quickly.
- Must Haves
- Good knowledge in equity & financial products
- 1-5 years’ experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
