Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a year-round calendar of co-curricular activities including arts, music, dance, drama, debates, quizzes, exhibitions, sports, and special events.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Identify student interests and promote participation across all classes.
- Guide and mentor student clubs, houses, and activity groups.
- Organize inter-house, inter-school, and intra-school competitions and cultural events.
- Ensure activities align with CBSE's holistic education approach and NEP 2020 goals.
- Maintain records of student participation and achievements.
- Liaise with external organizations, resource persons, and judges for special events.
- Assist in organizing annual functions, sports day, celebrations, and other flagship school events.
- Prepare reports, newsletters, and documentation for school publications and CBSE inspections.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education or relevant field (arts/music/sports/management preferred).




- Experience in a similar role in a CBSE or K-12 school will be a major plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with students from various age groups.
- Passionate about student development and holistic education.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, event planning, and using digital tools for coordination.
- Knowledge of CBSE guidelines and frameworks related to co-curricular domains.
