Agro Care Fertilizer is currently hiring for the following two positions at our Avaniyapuram, Madurai location.

1) Female Tele Marketing ExecutiveJob Description

We are looking for an energetic and confident Female Tele Marketing Executive to promote Agro Care’s natural fertilizer products through outbound calls and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and potential customers
- Explain product features, perks, and offers clearly
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Coordinate with sales and head office teams for order processing
- Fix appointments for the field sales team
- Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets

Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory)




- Basic computer knowledge
- Convincing and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Experience: 1-2 years (preferred)

2) Graphic DesignerJob Description

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to design marketing and promotional materials for Agro Care’s fertilizer products across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design posters, banners, brochures, pamphlets, and product labels
- Create social media creatives and promotional materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
- Edit and enhance product and promotional images
- Support dealer meets, exhibitions, and field marketing activities

Skills Required
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of print and digital formats
- Ability to meet deadlines
