Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services/products
- Receive inbound calls and resolve customer queries politely
- Explain company services clearly and accurately
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Punjabi - as required)
- Positive attitude and patience
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus (freshers can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
