A telecaller job involves making/receiving calls to engage customers, generate leads, sell products/services, and provide support, requiring solid communication, active listening, and persuasion to explain offerings, resolve issues, and build rapport, while managing call data and meeting sales targets. Key duties include outbound calls (sales/prospecting), inbound calls (support/inquiries), data entry in CRM, and following scripts, all while understanding customer needs and handling objections to drive business growth
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
