Key Responsibilities:
- Perform beauty treatments such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and body therapies
- Conduct skin and hair analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Upsell beauty products and services responsibly
- Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
- Keep client records and follow treatment protocols
- Meet individual and center performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy from a recognized institute
- Prior experience in a beauty salon, spa, or wellness center preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Willingness to work in shifts
