We work with leading global material manufacturers and help customers identify the right materials, develop applications, and solve technical and commercial challenges. We are now looking for a business development manager who can take ownership of new business development and grow existing customer relationships. The Role This is a frontline B2 B sales role. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, opening doors with manufacturing companies, understanding their requirements, coordinating trials with technical teams, and converting opportunities into recurring business. We are looking for someone who is hungry to sell,



comfortable meeting customers, and confident in building relationships with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities* Identify and develop new B2 B customers across manufacturing industries* Build relationships with Procurement, Purchase, Technical, R&D;, and Plant teams* Generate recent enquiries and convert them into trials and commercial orders* Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products/materials* Manage the complete sales cycle—prospecting → meeting → enquiry → trial → negotiation → order → repeat business* Conduct regular customer visits and develop strong customer relationships.* Track opportunities, follow-ups, trials, and expected business* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets* Work closely with the technical and internal sales teams to close opportunities.* Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and new products* Maintain an accurate sales pipe
