Diploma/ Degree with minimum 2 years experience in Fire/MEP project handling.
- Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical Subcontractors during construction.
- Validate design issues related to Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical and suggest alternative solutions.
- Assist in the receipt and review of Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical submittals.
- Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical change work order.
- Responsible for installation of Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical work.
- Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical Subcontractor.
- Coordinating and administrating Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical -related materials, systems, and shop drawings.
- Ensure that Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records.
- Ensure that Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical Subcontractors adhere to Project safety regulations.
- Responsible for testing and commissioning of Fire Fighting/MEP and Electrical equipment.
