Responsibilities:*
- Generate and prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other teams to gather necessary information for quotations.
- Review and analyze customer RFQs (Request for Quotation) to understand specifications and pricing expectations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure competitive and cost-effective quotations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of quotations, pricing, and vendor information.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide support in presenting and explaining quotations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotations and provide clarification as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

*Requirements:*




- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or sales workplace.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for accurate pricing calculations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quotation management software.
- Understanding of market trends and pricing dynamics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
