Role Overview: As a Client Coordinator, you will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and administrative staff to support therapy sessions, assist with client handling, and gain valuable insights into the administrative field of mental health. This work experience will provide you with exposure to various aspects of client coordination and therapy management, helping you build a strong foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Pitch therapy packages to clients by understanding their needs and explaining service offerings as per therapist plan




- Schedule sessions efficiently and work towards daily/weekly and Monthly targets for bookings
- Build strong client connections through calls and WhatsApp communication regularly with a professional and empathetic approach
- Follow up call and messages with clients regularly to ensure engagement and continuity in the process
- Gather immediate client feedback and understand reasons for delay or non-continuation, and report insights to the team and therapist.
- Maintain accurate client records, session updates, and follow-up details while ensuring confidentiality
- Education:Any undergraduate discipline is eligible (BSc in Psychology will be given first preference).
- Experience: 1+ years
