About the Role Our client, an international consulting engineering firm, is looking for a Marketing & Communication Coordinator for its Thane office. This is mainly a marketing operations and project coordination role, not a creative marketing position. The role is approximately 70% execution and 30% stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on keeping marketing activities organised, on schedule and moving forward. Most significant requirement: Ownership. The person must take responsibility, solve problems, follow up until completion and work without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage the annual marketing calendar and coordinate approximately 6–7 content publications every week. Manage content schedules, CMS activities and website publishing through Word Press. Schedule social media content and maintain content, event and social media calendars. Coordinate the monthly internal newsletter and upload approved content to Share Point. Track deadlines, approvals, interviews, stakeholder inputs and dependencies.



Follow up proactively with stakeholders and ensure no task or deliverable is missed. Manage workflows and task assignments using Click Up or similar project management tools. Identify delays or bottlenecks, propose solutions and escalate risks when required. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and gradually take over activities currently handled by an external agency. Prepare monthly reports for website, Linked In and internal newsletter performance. Maintain trackers, branded templates and basic marketing documentation. Candidate Profile We are looking for a strong project coordinator with exposure to marketing rather than a pure marketing or creative specialist.
