Identify and develop new clients for logistics services
- Field marketing, client visits, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Maintain client database and report daily/weekly progress
- Build long-term customer relationships
Salary: As per experience + incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000- 18,000per month based on experience
- Commission: 5% of net profit from customers sourced
Performance Bonuses:
- ₹3,000 bonus for customers generating billing above ₹2.5 lakhs per month
- ₹1,200 one-time bonus for onboarding current customers generating ₹1-1.5 lakhs per month
Monthly Target:
Marketing executive is expected to onboard 2-3 new active customers per month with regular billing.
Incentives payable after receipt of customer payment.
Pay: ₹15,000.24 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Logistics Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
