I. Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Design and Delivery:
- Lead the development, review, and continuous enhancement of academic programs and curricula to ensure they meet global standards, industry requirements, and emerging trends in engineering education.
- Innovate and incorporate new pedagogical methodologies, tools, and technologies to improve curriculum delivery and teaching effectiveness.
- Ensure the curriculum integrates practical knowledge, research, and industry perspectives, including interdisciplinary learning and sustainability.
- Collaborate with departments and faculty members to implement the curricula effectively and ensure its alignment with institutional goals and accreditation standards.

2. Innovation in Teaching and Learning:
- Foster a culture of innovation in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
- Drive initiatives related to the Teaching Learning Lab (TLL) to explore new teaching tools, methodologies, and experimental teaching approaches (including blended learning, flipped classrooms, AI-driven learning, etc.).




- Encourage faculty career development focused on improving teaching practices, pedagogical techniques, and the integration of emerging technologies.
- Promote the use of data analytics to assess teaching effectiveness, student learning outcomes, and implement continuous improvements.

3. Strategic Planning and Academic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for academic affairs, focusing on the long-term vision for curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student learning.
- Lead and oversee accreditation and compliance efforts, ensuring academic programs are in line with national and international quality standards.
- Provide leadership in academic policy development, assessment processes, and faculty management to achieve high-quality educational outcomes.
- Set academic goals, ensure resource allocation for program development, and monitor the success of academic initiatives.
